"I have been looking for riding boots for three weeks. Every dealer I went to had boots but no service they were standing around talking to each other If I drive to a store I'm not going to look for someone to help me (Suzuki Dealer in Fayettville for one). I walked into your store back to the boots ,the store was real busy, within 3 to 4 mins Shella Traller was there to help. After helping me find the right boots she showed me the leather goods and told me about the after market parts for my Suzuki c-50. She needs a pat on the back. "Needed another bike since some lowlife stole my Nighthawk and pushed it into a creek. I always wanted a Shadow 1100 since I first rode one so I went looking. Found a beautiful 2002 Shadow Spirit 1100 at Heartland Honda with only 3,600 miles. Barely broke in. Got it for MUCH less than a new one. I soon found out that the battery was not in good shape. They replaced it with a new one for no extra charge. Normally I HATE salespeople but I was happy with A.J. He didn't try to push me into anything. Didn't deal out any BS. Just answered questions and, what he didn't know, directed me to someone else. Nice change from what I'm used to. In short, I LOVE my new bike! I was not asked to make this entry. I just want to give credit where it's due."

"On October 3, 2007 my wife and I came up for the BBBQ rally and noticed we had a bad fuel leak it was about 4:30 in the afternoon we didn't know what we were going to do, so a friend told us about your dealership and called the service dept and they told me that they would come and get us if we needed them to. We made it to the dealership about 5:30 or so and everyone was so nice and positive about getting my 2006 Goldwing Trike fixed that evening and they did, I was so releved since we were going to be riding for the next 5 days in Ark & Mo they did a great job fixing our fuel problem. "Overall my experience with Heartland Honda has been excellent. The only concern I could voice is that the coolant level in the Gold Wing that I purchased was not at the recommended level. I would have expected that to have been caught and corrected during Dealer Prep. The first time I was back in to service and requested that it be corrected, it was not corrected. On my 2nd visit, I once again requested it be corrected and it was. On the positive side, Greg and Ken Bowles made the purchase experience very straight forward and pleasant. Brandon, in Service, made the delivery, and my return for accessory installation, a very pleasant experience as well. A special commendation for Sheila in Parts. She has been very helpful and has gone out of her way to make sure that I was satisfied with the accessories that I purchased and had installed, even swapping out one accessory that I was not satisfied with after it was installed. I will not hesitate to recommend Heartland Honda as a great place to do business. "

"I just returned from this years Alaska Bike Run of approx. 9800 miles. What an experience for some one not into long rides. Prior to leaving, my longest one day ride was 275 miles. On July 1, I started 20 days of 400 to 550 mile days that took us to southern Calf., north to Hyder, Alaska then east across Canada to Sault Ste Marie. We then turned south thru Mich, Ind, Ohio and Tenn, to run the Tail of the Dragon. After that, I went west to my home in Arkansas. My total miles was just under 10,000 for the trip. My 2004 Silverwing ran like a watch the complete trip. We had the bikes serviced once at a Honda dealer in Lloydminster, Sask. Other than that the only thing my bike required was gas. Not so much as a burnt out light to repair along the way. You could not have ask for better performance, except for a small problem of running out of gas on the north shore of lake Superior early one morning. I wasn't to worried because I knew my friend carried an extra 1 gal can of gas for just such things. We put the gas in and were on our way again for about 40 miles of north country and then my bike got real quite again. By this time Mike's Goldwing was running on fumes. He said he would continue on and hope for a station before he ran out. As luck would have it, over the next hill was the first station we had seen since we left our motel that morning. Gas mileage was all over the place from a low of 39 mpg to over 50 mpg. We spent 3 days running thru the Southwest when temp's were between 110 and 123 in Needles Ca. on our way. My Silverwing just kept trucking. What a great bike. I could not have had a better bike for such a demanding ride. I would recommend a silver wing to anyone for a great and fun all around ride...."

"The most amazing thing about this dealership is their patience/teamwork to absolutely give you the time you need to make decisions you won't later regret. A.J. and Jeff spent literally hours with me over several days, and never once became impatient or anything less than totally courteous and professional. "I purchased my first bike (as an adult) from you back in '01. I had not been to your new facility until yesterday. In fact, I had a bad experience a few years ago with a member of the parts personnel and refused to darken your door. I did return for an oil change and I was very impressed with the people and facility. I am impressed when a motorcycle dealership realizes women need accessories designed for women. A men's small glove may fit some women, not me. I will definitely not hesitate to go back for service and accessories in the future. Who knows, maybe a new bike eventually. "I live 60 miles away but my wife and I both gladly bring our bikes (hers is a VTX1300R mine is a VTX1800R) to Heartland Honda for service instead of having them service locally. The service department is fast, friendly and they know their stuff. The parts department is very well stocked and the parts staff are great to deal with. For anything to do with Honda motorcycles, Heartland Honda is the only place you need to know about. They are the best and it shows."

"Several years ago in 1998 I was traveling through Springdale Arkansas on a motorcycle trip to Eureka Springs. I passed Heartland Honda and turned around and went back in. I am so glad I turned around and met Greg and all the staff at Heartland Honda. Myself and two other buddies bought 3 Honda Valkyries. Greg and staff got down to business and have forever made me a customer. The entire staff is courteaous, knowledgeable, helpful and quite frankly exceptional! Life is all about attitude for me and having a friendly helpful one. Greg and his staff go above and beyond always, everytime. I sold my original Valkyrie :( but recently purchased a used Valkyrie that is like new. When I sold my first bike...Greg and staff helped me sell it. Now with my purchase of the latest Valkyrie, once again, Greg and staff have gone out of their way to help me outfit the bike and even a new paint job. I just can not say enough about the service, friendliness and great attitude each and everyone of your staff possess. It is a joy to deal with you and a breath of fresh air. The parts department is excellent, the maintenance department is superb and the sales force is wonderful. I travel 4 hours from Oklahoma City and don't have one single regret in doing so. I know Greg and staff will always have me taken care of. That is a far cry from the cheesy, pathetic, excuse making, arrogant attitude of the Oklahoma City Shops. Greg and crew.....you have a life customer and a loyal one. My best to all of you and my thanks a million times over for your outstanding service.
