General Manager
Greg Donahoe has been with Heartland Honda since its inception back in 1996. After graduating from the Univeristy of Kansas, Greg worked for a Chevrolet dealer for a few years, but jumped at the opportunity to become the GM at Heartland Honda, and that is where he has been since that day. Greg has been a motorcycle enthusiast from a very young age and still enjoys riding motorcycles as often as time will allow. He currently switches between the Honda Africa Twin and the Honda CRF450RL adventure bikes as his preferred bikes to ride. He also loves to ride ATV's and SXS's.
Greg is the current President of the American Honda Power Equipment Dealer Council. Greg is also a member of the NPDA (National Powersports Dealer Association) and the MRAA (Marine Retailer Association of America). He is also a very active member in his Dealer 20 Group, Honda Big, and his local Chamber of Commerce.
When Greg is not on the job, you might find him cruising the local lakes with his wife in their 1985 Cobalt, riding one of his adventure motorcycles with friends and co-workers, playing a round of golf, or hanging out with one of his two daughter's.
Greg is an avid Arkansas Razorback fan of all sports, as well as a huge Kansas Jayhawks basketball fan, and a Kansas City Chiefs football fanatic since 1990.
What does Greg like most about Heartland Honda? By far it's the wonderful people that make up the entire team and family culture that he has the privelege to lead. He feels blessed to have the opportunity to lead such a talented, experienced, dedicated, fun, and knowledgeable group of people.
Mark Donahoe

Mark is a U.S. Army Veteran of the Persian Gulf War. Mark resides in Rogers, AR with his wife Kelly of 27 years and they have two wonderful kids together.
Mark enjoys boating with his family, fishing, hunting, and riding all the powersports options

Gunner, our lovable Chocolate Lab, takes his job very seriously:
Chief Greeter – First in line to say hello (and maybe sneak a cuddle).
Snack Inspector – If it crinkles, he’s on the case.
Test Drive Enthusiast – Always ready to ride shotgun, windows down, ears in the wind.
Morale Officer – Specializes in tail wags, puppy eyes, and unsolicited pawshakes.
When he’s not making friends in the showroom, you’ll find Gunner napping in the sunniest spot he can find… or politely requesting belly rubs from anyone who passes by.

Johnna Bickett
Office Manager
Johnna earned her Masters in Business Administration from Eastern Illinois University. She moved to Arkansas in 2001 and started her career at Heartland Honda.
With her 21 years at Heartland Honda as Office Manager, Johnna knows all the ins and outs of the moving parts that keep this dealership running.
Johnna loves Heartland Honda because of all the people she works with. When you have so many long term employees it is hard not to feel like a family.
When Johnna is not in the dealership she loves to travel . Her last adventure was the James Bond Tour of Zurich, Venice, and Monte Carlo. Johnna along with her husband and two kids, plan to visit every National Park in the United States.
Kristal
Business Manager/ Title Clerk
Kristal was born and raised in Northwest Arkansas. Her love for riding started when her little brother got a dirt bike. She got her first street bike when she was 18 and has been riding ever since. (24 years). She loves the sports bikes.
Kristal started working for Heartland Honda in April of 2013. She started as the Accounts Payable and Title Clerk and worked her way to Business Manager.
Here at Heartland Honda, it is Kristal's job to get you on the ride you want. She helps communicate with the lenders to get you financed. If she can't get you financed, it is part of her job to help you figure out why and get you back on track.
When Kristal is off work, she enjoys anything competitive, bowling, corn hole, softball, mini golf, etc. Of course she loves riding and you might catch her on the track at Hallett Motor Racing Circuit.

Brett Hester
Sales Manager
Brett has been with Heartland Honda since 2003. He has been riding for over 50 years. His love for riding started at the age of five after a traumatic Shetland Pony experience.
Brett graduated from the University of Arkansas (Speech Language Pathology). He has been married for 35 years and has one daughter. Brett is a huge MOTO GP fan along with is daughter. Brett was once side-swiped by Valentino Rossi while on his scooter. Brett doesn't have any pets but the neighbor's cat likes to hang out with him while he grills.
Brett states that he is fortunate to have always worked in the industries that he is passionate about (Tennis and Motorcycles).
With his 19 years of experience, Brett keeps the sales department running effortlessly as the Sales Manager. Brett loves the industry and he also loves his Heartland Honda family.
Evan Hale
Sales Manager
Evan was born and raised in Northwest Arkansas. He first started riding street bikes when he was 19. He started working for Heartland Honda in 2015. Not long after, he bought his first dirt bike and has been riding off-road ever since.
Evan is a sales manager at Heartland Honda. He started as a sales person and worked his was up the ladder. He does an amazing job answering all the leads that come in and helping the sales staff get customers out riding or mowing or even generating power.
When Evan has free time he enjoys spending time with is wife and son. He enjoys riding dirt bikes with his buddies and his 2 year old son who is already beginning to ride. Evan also enjoys mountian biking and playing guitar.
Evan loves his job and hopes to continue working for Heartland Honda for many more years to come.
Cody Edmondson
Sales Professional
Cody rides both on and off road. When he was 16 he was nearly decapitated when his four-wheeler went through a barbed wire fence. That didn't stop his love for the adrenaline of riding. He has been riding for 8 years.
Cody is married to his high school sweetheart and they have a 2 year old son together. Their pets include a dog named Cadence and a tarantula names Minerva. Cody is the reigning champ of the Heartland Honda employee running races. Cody plays the guitar and his favorite TV show is The Office.
Cody started at Heartland Honda in 2019 with our sales department. With his 4 years of experience, Cody is knowledgeable about all our units we sell. Cody will be happy to help you find the perfect ride for your needs.
Kaid Hopper
Sales professional
Kaid was born and raised in Farmington, Arkansas. He started riding dirt bikes at the age of 4 and began trail riding throughout the Ozarks with his family when he was 10.
At 14, Kaid got his first street bike and started riding with his father all over Northwest Arkansas. They visited the Hallett Motor Racing Circuit in Oklahoma the following year, sparking his interest in track riding. After enjoying their initial experience, they returned for the next track day and soon traded his bikes for a 2005 CBR600RR race bike. Despite many wrecks and long days at the track, Kaid secured his first win shortly after graduating high school and joined an endurance team racing CBR1000s. His passion for track riding continues to this day, with yearly visits to the track.
Kaid is now eagerly expecting his first child, a boy, in September 2024, and looks forward to introducing him to the world of motorcycles. He hopes to eventually take his son to the track and share a lifelong hobby with him.
Kaid's passion for motorcycles led him to join the Heartland Honda family. He is excited to help others ignite their passion for motorcycles, ATVs, and SXS. Kaid takes great pride in assisting his community and finding bikes that perfectly fit their lifestyle.

Before joining the sales team, Brad worked in our transportation department, giving him a behind-the-scenes understanding of the dealership and the machines we sell. Today, he enjoys helping customers find the motorcycle, ATV, side-by-side, or power equipment that best fits their lifestyle.

Keylan Conley

Meet Keylan | Service Manager
Keylan has been a part of the Heartland Honda family for many years and leads our Service Department with a passion for both Honda products and customer service. Whether you're bringing in your machine for routine maintenance or a major repair, he's committed to making sure every customer has a great experience from start to finish.
When he's not at the dealership, you'll likely find Keylan on two wheels. He's an avid rider who enjoys everything from hitting the trails on one of his dirt bikes to cruising the road on his Honda Grom or his iconic Honda RC51. His passion for riding gives him firsthand knowledge of the machines our customers love.
If you have questions about service, maintenance, or keeping your Honda performing its best, Keylan is always happy to help and point you in the right direction.
Jacob Donoho
Parts & Service Specialist
After working 13 years in grocery retail, Jacob's passion for tinkering on vehicles combined with his love of motorcycles inspired him to attend Motorcycle Mechanics Institute in Orlando, FL. His commitment and determination earned him the Honda Top Tech award as well as the privilege of being on the Dean's list. These honors solidified his belief that anyone could pursue anything as long as they put their mind to it.
After graduating, he returned to NW Arkansas and began working at Heartland Honda in 2015 as a Parts and Service Specialist. He enjoys exploring the Natual state and creating adventures with his wife, Nicole, and their three boys.
When he's not at the shop tinkering in his garage, you'll typically find him casually cruising down the road on his VTX1300 (that has over 120,000 miles, all done by him), kayaking a river, hiking through the woods, relaxing on a hammock, or exploring dirt roads on his XR400 dual sport motorcycle.

Kole has been a trusted part of the Heartland Honda team for many years and brings a wealth of knowledge to our Parts and Service Department. As our Parts & Service Manager and a Honda Red Level Technician, he has the experience and expertise to help keep riders and their machines performing at their best.
From routine maintenance and repairs to finding the right OEM Honda parts and accessories, Kole works closely with both customers and our service team to ensure every job is done right. His commitment to quality and attention to detail have made him a go-to resource for customers and coworkers alike.

David Knox

When she's not helping customers in the dealership, she's usually behind the camera, behind the keyboard, or behind the scenes creating the content you see across Heartland Honda's social media channels, website, and blog.
Britney combines her passion for photography with her love of powersports, spending weekends traveling across several states photographing dirt bike and ATV races. Capturing riders in the middle of the action has given her a unique perspective on the sport and the community that surrounds it.
Whether she's welcoming customers, sharing stories from the dealership, highlighting new inventory, or creating content that helps riders discover their next adventure, Britney enjoys connecting people with the powersports lifestyle. Michael has been a valued member of the Heartland Honda team since 2024, helping keep our shipping and receiving department running like a well-oiled machine. Outside of work, Michael has been enjoying life on two wheels since 2013. His passion for riding gives him an appreciation for the products that come through our doors and the adventures they're built for.

As one of the newest members of the Heartland Honda team, Jared is responsible for picking up and delivering motorcycles, ATVs, side-by-sides, and other equipment, helping ensure every unit arrives safely and ready for its next adventure. Whether he's delivering a customer's new ride or transporting inventory, he's always ready to lend a hand wherever it's needed.

Elvis Green

Meet Elvis | Lot Porter & Transport
If you see machines being moved around the dealership or the lot looking its best, there's a good chance Elvis is the one making it happen. As our Lot Porter and Transport team member, he helps keep inventory organized, units where they need to be, and everything looking ready for customers.
Elvis recently joined the Heartland Honda team, and it didn't take long before he became part of the Honda family himself. He's already enjoying life on his new 2026 Honda Navi, proving that sometimes the best way to get to know our products is to ride one yourself.
