This is the 2nd vehicle I have purchased at Heartland Honda. On both occasions I was treated very well, no high pressure, and the deal was quite fair. Wesley in sales & Jacob in the parts dept. were both a pleasure to deal with.

Very impressed with this dealership. I bought a 2016 GW CSC trike in May. The whole experience was enjoyable--from the test ride to the final deal. I live about 4 hours away, called and set up a time to test ride on a Saturday. When I arrived the trike was ready and waiting for me. Everyone was extremely nice and helpful and answered all of my questions. Will definitely go back to this dealership.

We rode up not expecting to purchase but to investigate getting our current Goldwing modified with a trike kit. We asked a TON of questions. Took 2 test drives, one of an older model trike and then of a 2015 Goldwing trike. We left with a brand new trike fresh off the showroom. Everyone, especially Sterling, was courteous, friendly, helpful and professional. We enjoyed meeting everyone and feel we can call with questions or refer others there as well.

great service center. they are very helpful. Joey searched the whole store looking for an item I wanted. When we couldn't find what fit my needs we looked through the books and found it. All that for a 25$ tool pouch, THATS SERVICE! The sales department leaves a lot to be desired. They didn't want to take the time to finance me after discussing my credit. I was gonna put 50% down on a bike. I went elsewhere and got a bike for 20% down. Get your sales people on board guys. Everywhere else wanted my money. was there 2 weeks prior to this and a gentleman was eager to help me and get me on a bike, but unfortunately he left and works in another industry. Hire more sales ppl like him.

I scoured the country on Cycletrader in search of a Ducati 899. I stumbled upon Heartland Honda while browsing Cycle Trader and noticed their ad for a 2014 Ducati 899 in the white with red wheels color scheme. Another intriguing factor was the close proximity to me. I'm in Kansas and Heartland Honda is in Arkansas so the drive there was only about 4 hours. I called Heartland Honda and inquired about the Ducati. Tim Payne was the man I spoke with. I posed multiple questions on the bike's history, how Heartland Honda obtained it, and if they knew anything about service records or history. Tim was only able to tell me that the bike was obtained through a local trade in and that it may have been purchased and originated in the Dallas area. I did my part in researching the bike because there was absolutely no way I was going to purchase the bike without knowing its history - especially when it was an exotic piece of machinery like Ducati. I ended up obtaining the VIN number and called all Ducati dealers in and around Dallas. Unfortunately, the bike never originated from Dallas, but the Ducati dealers were able to run a VIN check for me. Good results came back and all problems common with first year production bikes were fixed under warranty. The bike checked out, but what about the dealership? This is where my research continued. I scoured the internet looking for reviews on Heartland Honda. I read google reviews, Facebook, and the BBB (Better Business Bureau). As with almost business, there is bound to be at least one negative rating of some sort. The majority of the reviews on Heartland Honda were positive. Add in the fact that Heartland Honda was a BBB accredited business for quite some time. I think 10 years to be exact and they also had an A+ rating. After all this research, there was only one thing left to do and that was to make a 4 hour drive to visit the business, get a feel for the people, and see the bike. I made the 4 hour drive on Saturday July 11th and got to meet Tim Payne and Wes Dean. Wes was the sales guy that would handle the transaction. During my drive, I knew that I wanted the bike, but I needed a test ride and a feel of the people before signing. I can honestly say that Tim and Wes did not give me any pressure when it came to making my decision. After my test ride, I inquired about financing through one of their lenders. While waiting for approval, I saw some of their accolades proudly displayed in their lounge area. This helped cement the fact that I was indeed dealing with a good dealership. The price for the bike was firm and after consideration I determined it to be fair. The bike was immaculate and in good shape for having 10,000 miles. I ended up financing through one of Heartland's lenders and ended up getting a payment that was in line with what I had in mind. Trent, their finance guy offered additional options like GAP insurance and extended warranty. I usually say no to extended warranties, but considering that this was an Italian exotic motorcycle, I figured I'd cover my behind until I get familiar with and can obtain the knowledge and proper tools in order to care and maintain the bike. Trent was very thorough in presenting all the paperwork. As a consumer, I ALWAYS ask questions, reiterate, and make sure that I do indeed understand something before I actually sign. Trent took the time to answer my questions and thoroughly explain the process and what each form entailed. This was my FIRST dealership experience. I had never purchased a motorcycle from a dealership, but the guys at Heartland Honda made it positive. Tim, Wes, Trent, and Greg - I cannot thank you guys enough for the positive purchase experience. If two wheel trips on my Ducati ever take me through the state of Arkansas I will be sure to stop by!!

They did a stellar job and found an issue left behind by previously mentioned competitor on my husband's bike that could have caused some serious injury. They advised us as to what we should do, without trying to sell us anything. They performed the service to both bikes and made sure that we were happy. Keylan was great, as were the very knowledgeable guys in the back. I wouldn't go anywhere else... Keep up the great work, guys!! We will see you soon!

Took my new vfr1200 in for its first service. Rode from Branson MO. Definitely worth it. Everyone was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I was in and out quickly. A few weeks after they called just to check if everything was still ok with the service... Very impressed, I'll definitely be back for my 4000 mile service. Didn't buy my bike there but u guys treated me like I did... Thanks everyone!!!

Called them up for a fixed price They gave me the best price I found and being a Honda dealer they had the kit delivered and installed my CSC Trike kit. I've had the trike now 3 years and have found nothing that Heartland did when installing the kit to be marginal. I've had ZERO problems with my trike and have checked everything out when they delivered it to my home in Central Oregon. I would purchase from them again if I were younger? This will be my last bike I think as I'm 76 Yrs old. They treated me great when I was there and other than a miserable flight everything regarding the trike was as was presented to me via the phone. Gave them a credit card for deposit and flew to Arkansas and inspected the trike with a mechanic and all was well. I've really enjoyed the trike and nothing has fallen off in three years. Would recommend them to others. Heartland shipped my trike to Central and it arrived just like new.

The service guy took his time to show me how the bike works and got my first service taken care of with very short notice. The parts guy installed my intercom at no extra charge. Been using Heartland for a few years now for my generators. They even opened up on a Monday during the ice storm a few years back... talk about customer service! Anyways, never bought a motorcycle from them, but would if I could! Service department has been easy to work with even when there was a problem I induced into one of my generators! You can find my detailed reviews about Heartland Honda on Yelp and Google+. They had a 2014 Ducati 899 Panigale for sale. I thoroughly researched the history of the bike via VIN # check through a Ducati dealer. The bike checked out and problems that are common with first year production bikes were fixed.
Next up was research on the dealership via social media and sites like Yelp, Google+, and the BBB (Better Business Bureau). Those sites checked out as the majority of the reviews were positive along with the fact that Heartland Honda was a BBB accredited business with an A+ rating.
Next , was a 4 hour trip to the dealership to get a feel for the company, its employees, and the actual bike.
This was my first time ever purchasing from a dealer and I have to say thanks to Greg and his employees - Tim, Wes, and Trent. My Ducati arrived last Friday and over the course of the weekend up until now I've racked up over 560 miles and counting.
